RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


Returns Validity

Products found to ill-fitting or faulty may be returned. Please notify South Hound in writing (kerry@southhound.co.za) within 14days of receiving the product that you wish to return it.

Should you wish to return a product, products must be:

  1. in their original condition;
  2. in their original packaging;
  3. accompanied by the delivery note; and
  4. returned to us within 28 days of delivery.

If you no longer have your delivery note, please include a letter with your name, address, email address and daytime telephone number.

Returns Via Courier / Post

You are responsible for the cost associated with the return of the products by courier or post and any associated insurance. We cannot process refunds for products until the returned product has been received and accessed by us. A daytime telephone number and email address is required in case we need to contact you regarding the return.

Refund Process

Once received, your return will be checked by our team. We will contact you by email to confirm the outcome of our checks and your refund status. Please note that it may take three to four days, once your return has been assessed, for your refund payment to appear in your account.

If you do not receive our email confirmation within 10 days of sending your return, please contact us on +27 72 174 5424 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or kerry@southhound.co.za so that we can investigate.
